SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

USA Orders - All orders in the USA and territories under $75.00 net, will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $6.00.  FREE for orders over $75.00!

International - All orders outside USA under $200.00 net, will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $35.00. FREE for orders over $200.00

We use these authorized carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Damaged Items/Shortages

In the unlikely event there is any damage to the product(s) or a shortage, please detail your problem thoroughly by contacting us immediately quoting your order number via email at orders@BestCleanBeauty.com. If your claim is not made within seven days of delivery, you have deemed to accept the order as is.

Returns 

We accept returns or exchanges as follows: Within 60 days from date of purchase for skincare items only. We do not offer returns for nutritional supplements or fragrance and candle products.  Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. To return an item follow the directions below:

  1. Notify us that you wish to return and item, we will then issue a return authorization number. Email: orders@BestCleanBeauty.com

2. Once we receive your return, we will happily exchange your item(s) or provide you with a refund,  minus any shipping and handling. Refunds may be settled within 15 business days to the same payment method used to pay for the order. We only accept and process a return of products purchased directly from BestCleanBeauty.com

Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Products

If product is damaged or defective you are responsible for contacting us within ten (10) business days from the purchase date. We will issue a call tag for the product and happily send a replacement. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging from the shipment until instructed by Customer Service in writing. We will inspect the damaged product upon receipt.

In the event a shipment doesn’t arrive at the address specified for the order, or your order was incomplete, you must report this within ten (10) business days from the purchase date to cs@derm.one.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 60 days of order date is not eligible for refund.
